Robert Mittermayer
Managing Partner

began his professional career in the traditional private finance business in 1994 and expanded his range of services to include real estate brokerage and the support of residential construction and real estate clients. In 2002, he joined a major Austrian bank and became deputy head of commercial real estate for Western Austria. During this time, he served major real estate clients and was responsible for structuring large-volume and complex real estate transactions. From 2012 to 2024, Robert Mittermayer held the position of Head of Banking in Austria at one of Europe’s largest real estate companies. In this role, he executed numerous, predominantly large-volume financing transactions in the DACH region and in Italy.

Bernhard Jost
Managing Partner

assumed responsibility for the operations of the global market leader for business centers in Vienna in 2000. In the following years, he specialized in the development and leasing of commercial real estate at one of Austria’s largest infrastructure companies. Along his career, Bernhard Jost served as Head of Sales & Marketing and Managing Director for bank-affiliated project developers. In these roles, he gained valuable experience in the CEE & SEE regions. Subsequently, Bernhard Jost held various management positions in asset management and project development within one of Europe’s – at one point – largest real estate companies for almost twelve years. During this time, he oversaw both the company’s impressive expansion and the partial liquidation that ultimately became necessary.
